Performance
A few different engine options are available. The first two trims, the base trim and Premium use 2.0-liter engines that can make 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. The Crosstrek Sport and Limited have a little more power, thanks to 2.5-liter engines that deliver 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque. The plug-in hybrid uses a 2.0-liter engine and an electric motor, giving you 148 horsepower. Regardless of its engine type, the Crosstrek comes with a symmetrical all-wheel drive.
Technology
You'll get to take advantage of high-tech systems as you drive around Bernalillo. Every new Crosstrek we have comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The first few trims have 6.5-inch touchscreens, while the higher ones have eight-inch touchscreens. Navigation and a premium sound system are optional. Most trims get to have Wi-Fi capability.
Safety
The Crosstrek can be enhanced with Subaru's EyeSight Driver Assist Technology package. It includes pre-collision warning and emergency braking, lane departure warning, and adaptive cruise control. Blind-spot monitoring, reverse automatic braking, and rear cross-traffic alert are also available safety features.
